Interior design is a thing closely connected with other forms of design, if only for the fact that the way our office or home works can have a great impact on the way we work. I’ve rounded up a selection of 10 blogs I actually subscribe to.
I have Fliqlo, Word Clock and Timebeat – all awesome screensavers – but there are more available that will blow your mind (well, okay not really. But almost). All are free downloads and some even have a Windows counterpart. A bunch come with version for Windows users as well, and I’ve included all the previews I could find. Enjoy!

Installment No. 2! I didn’t realize there were so many out there. Apart from the trendy, “big text” headers we covered last week, here’s more of some creative designs on a completely different tangent… but equally inspiring.
They were plastic, ugly, & clunky and we couldn’t carry more than a handful at a time. Back in the good old days, no one had an iPod and few, few people even had CDs. We’re talkin’ the “Tom Hanks 80’s Movie With Those Fugly Oh-So-Simple Poofy Headphones” era. iPods all look the same – and while the iPod is, of course, a remarkable product and very stylish in it’s own right, it’s taken the personal touch (to a small degree) out of every day music.
You know this look: Big, oversized introductory headers of small paragraphs. Popular, initially, on personal blogs they’ve now caught on and are popping up like Redenbacher on regular design agency sites. While the look might be a dime a dozen, it’s still cool to see so many different takes from so many different designers. The idea is the same, but each interpretation is unique. Check them out…
Lightmark.de from Cenci Goepel and Jens Warnecke is an awesome collection of photographs of drawing with light. Amazingly, there are even some taken in daylight (the most dramatic, are, naturally, in the dead of night).
