Quick: Awesome Time-lapse Movie of Our Milky Way

My mom sent me this in an email today, and it’s so cool I have to post it. A group of people in Slovenia accomplishes something you’d consider almost impossible (and with the instruments so ordinary and everyday you’d never think they’re instruments). I give you: The Rain Choir. Video embedded below the break.
Quick post: I found this the other day and thought it was worth sharing (spread the love!). It’s a cool video using stop-motion origami to tell the story of the Asics shoe company. Who knew something as simple as paper folding could be so epic?
While I admit up front I’m not big fan of Batman (though he is quite a bit cooler than Spiderman), I love seeing a common theme drawn/painted/illustrated by a lot of different people – each artist has a different perspective and their own take on what Batman should be. Here’s a sample of how the patron saint of Gotham City is viewed by a selection of artists.
Interior design is a thing closely connected with other forms of design, if only for the fact that the way our office or home works can have a great impact on the way we work. I’ve rounded up a selection of 10 blogs I actually subscribe to.

They were plastic, ugly, & clunky and we couldn’t carry more than a handful at a time. Back in the good old days, no one had an iPod and few, few people even had CDs. We’re talkin’ the “Tom Hanks 80’s Movie With Those Fugly Oh-So-Simple Poofy Headphones” era. iPods all look the same – and while the iPod is, of course, a remarkable product and very stylish in it’s own right, it’s taken the personal touch (to a small degree) out of every day music.
